Neosho County Meltdown ~ Today is your Day has some very important dates for you!!
Neosho County Meltdown will be held in conjunction with neighboring counties in our area to represent SEK Meltdown. KOAM TV will run special ads targeting our communities to help increase involvement with our Meltdown.
The goal is for Southeast Kansas to lose 10-thousand pounds during the ten week initiative.
Thursday, August 25th Neosho County Meltdown Goal Setting Meeting

Meltdown Registration begins on Saturday, September 17th!
Fitness classes begin on Monday, September 19th. Each class will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Monday's WalkFit with Vonda Page Fitness Instructor
Tuesday's Resistance Band Training (Toning Fitness Class)
Thursday's Turbo Jam & Zumba (alternating weeks)
